Thirteen people have been arrested and charged after a major joint drug trafficking investigation.
Belleville Police Service, Bancroft OPP, and Quinte West OPP all participated in the investigation, along with several other OPP teams.
On Wednesday, officers executed search warrants at residences in Belleville, Trenton, Bancroft, and Toronto, resulting in thirteen arrests on a combined total of 74 charges. In addition, large quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine were seized.
In total, police seized:
- 270 g suspected fentanyl
- 315 g crystal methamphetamine
- 10 g suspected cocaine
- A quantity of opioid pills
- 12 cell phones
- Electric scooters
- Two e-bikes
- Air pistol
- Prohibited knife
The people arrested are a mix of Belleville, Bancroft and Trenton residents. You can see a list of all the accused and their charges below.
Shaquan Allyene from Belleville faces the following charges:
- Four counts of trafficking a schedule I substance – Fentanyl
- Three counts of posession of proceeds of crime under $5000
- Two counts of conspiracy to commit and indictable offence
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Fentanyl
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Oxycodone
- Failure to comply with a probation order.
She was held for a bail hearing.
Bradley Douglas of Trenton was arrested and charged with:
- Six counts of trafficking a schedule I substance – fentanyl.
- Six counts of trafficking a schedule I substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a schedule I substance – Methamphetamine
- Six counts of possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Two counts of conspiracy to commit indictable offence
- Fail to comply with probation order
He was held for a bail hearing.
Kalya Facey from Belleville was charged with:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Fentanyl
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Oxycodone
She was released from custody with a date set to appear before the court in Belleville.
Cory Fallis of Bancroft was charged with:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Methamphetimine
- Three counts of failure to comply with a probation order.

Brian Horth of Trenton was charged with:
- Trafficking a schedule I substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000

Kyle Laird of Trenton was arrested and charged with:
- Three counts of trafficking a schedule I substance – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Unauthorized possession of a weapon
- Three counts of possession of proceeds of crime under $5000
- Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence
- Three counts of failure to comply with a probation order

Sawlena Mayne from Trenton was charged with:
- Trafficking a schedule I substance – Fentanyl
- Posession of proceeds of crime under $5000
She was held in custody by another police service.
Cecil Merkley from Belleville faces charges of:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Fail to comply with probation order

Christina Oszvald from Bancroft was charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine

Maurice Stone from Toronto was charged with:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
