A controversial trustee on the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board has offered her Professional Development Funds to a local non-profit organization.
Each trustee is given a $3,700 P.D.F for their work for the year, however, Rachael Prinzen has made a motion to have it donated to the Learning Foundation.
The money would be earmarked for the “Have You Heard” campaign to buy classroom soundsfields.
That motion will be discussed Monday at a meeting of the board’s Physical Planning, Finance, and Building Committee.
