Durham Regional Police are searching for a male who is wanted on a Warrant of Committal.
Howard Ross Kelly, age 70, was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m., on April 29, 2026 at Ontario Shores located at 700 Gordon Street in Whitby.
Kelly could be in the Scarborough area. If you see him, please call the police.
He is described as: male, White, approximately 6’2”, 180 lbs, balding with short grey hair, and unshaven. He was last seen wearing an Adidas hat, red jacket and black pants.
