A teenager is facing impaired driving charges after a vehicle crashed into a residential yard in Napanee early Saturday.
Lennox and Addington OPP responded around 4 a.m. after a vehicle went through a fence and into the patio of a residence on Dundas Street West.
Following investigation, the driver, 18-year-old Clarence Smith of Greater Napanee was charged with two counts of operation while impaired and being a novice driver with a BAC above zero.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle was impounded.
