UPDATE: The highway has been reopened
Not surprisingly, the overnight freezing rain has caused tough driving conditions.
OPP say Highway 401 west is closed at Napanee due to a collision between two tractor-trailers.
And 401 east between Shannonville and Deseronto is slow going due to a single vehicle off to the side of the highway in a ditch.
