A Frankford man is facing charges, including impaired driving, after a traffic stop.
Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop on Saturday evening which resulted in the driver’s arrest. The driver was transported back to the detachment for drug testing.
Joshua Maddigan, a 39-year-old from Frankford, was charged with operation while impaired – drugs, operation while impaired – blood drug concentration, possession of a Schedule I substance – cocaine, driving a motor vehicle with an open liquor container, driving without insurance, and driving a motor vehicle without a valid permit.
The accused was released from custody with a court date set at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
