Starting on Monday Quinte Health will require staff, patients, and visitors to wear masks at hospitals and community-based programs.
Masks will be made available at entrances.
This requirement includes emergency departments, clinics, waiting rooms, diagnostic imaging, and inpatient units.
Members of the public are asked to not visit patients if you have any symptoms of illness, and to also use the provided hand sanitizer stations to clean your hands frequently while in the hospital.
