The New Democratic Party will be ready for the next provincial election in Bay of Quinte riding.
Sunday, the Ontario NDP announced that Hastings Prince Edward District School Board Trustee Amanda Robertson will carry the party’s banner.
Robertson was the NDP’s candidate in September’s by-election in Bay of Quinte, finishing in third place behind the winner Progressive Conservative Tyler Allsopp and Liberal Sean Kelly.
The party’s priorities are affordable housing, health care, and education.
