Charges have been laid against a minor in Brighton.
At 8:45 a.m.Thursday, officers responded to Elizabeth Street in Brighton following the report of an altercation.
EMS were also called to assess the victim’s injuries.
A 16-year-old has been charged with assault and will appear in court at a later date.
