The finish line is in sight for the Belleville Salvation Army’s annual Christmas Kettle Campaign.
To date $288,000, or 78 per cent, of the Army’s $365,000 goal has been reached.
However, the campaign closes at the end of the day this Saturday December 23.
Donations at the kettle don’t have to be cash as cheques are accepted and people can use their
debit or credit cards at the kettle as well.
All of the money raised in the campaign goes toward food, clothing, and services for the less fortunate
in the community.
