A vehicle stop in Belleville led to drug trafficking and other charges Tuesday afternoon.
OPP and Belleville police officers with Project Renewal stopped the vehicle on Bellevue Drive around 4 o’clock
and arrested a 26-year-old man from Durham Region.
He was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, obstructing police,
possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and driving while suspended.
He appears in court Wednesday.
