The following was sent by Prince Edward County.
Members of the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment of the Canadian Army will conduct infantry training near Ameliasburgh on November 25 and 26. The training will take place on private property under an official Land Use Agreement.
Members of the public may see Canadian Army members in uniform with their service weapons and military vehicles on local roads and highways.
There will be no live ammunition of any kind present as blank ammunition will be used for this training.
This important exercise supports year-round readiness training and prepares local Army Reserve members to support Canadian Armed Forces missions around the world.
