A Belleville man faces a charge of voyeurism after an incident at a local high school last spring.
City police were called to the school in March after reports a volunteer, an older man, had been recording images of a female without her knowledge.
Police began an investigation and earlier this week arrested and charged 62-year-old Shan Kao.
He is out of custody and appears in court November 23.
