For many, it was expected to be a rebuilding year for the Wellington Dukes.
It has proved to be anything but, in fact the Dukes are on a heater right now.
Wellington trailed 2-0 Sunday, but stormed back in the third to knock off the North York Rangers 4-2.
Mason Goodfellow, Hayden Pimm, Ben Vruegenhill, and Ethan Quick scored for the Dukes.
Wellington has won five straight, and travel to Stouffville on Thursday to meet the Spirit.

To Pickering we go, where the Trenton Golden Hawks scored a 4-2 win over the Panthers Sunday evening.
Brady Spry made 21 saves in the win, while Kyloe Ellis and David Fournier each notched two points in the win.
Trenton leads the OJHL’s Eastern Conference with 30 points, and are second in the 24-team Ontario Junior Hockey League.
They are in Aurora on Saturday night.

The Picton Pirates have climbed back to the 500 mark, following their 3-2 win in Campbellford Sunday night.
The Pirates scored two goals in the last six minutes, including the game winner from Rhyden McCoy.
Picton has won three straight to climb back to 500 in the PJHL’s Tod Division.

Elsewhere, the Amherstview Jets walked over the Napanee Raiders 6-0 Sunday.
Thomas Elkins, Caden Kekewich, Carter McKee, Colby Kross, and Brad Wilson all had multi-point games.
