HYDRO ONE EXPECTS POWER TO RETURN BY 3 P.M.
Quinte West firefighters are dealing with a fallen tree and subsequent fire this morning (Monday).
Around 10 o’clock, crews were called to the area of Whites Road and Meyers Creek Road.
A tree had been blown over onto wires causing the tree to catch fire.
According to Hydro One, about 500 customers are without power in the area.
There’s no word on when electricity might be restored.
