One person is facing a long list of charges following a break and enter in Prince Edward County.
OPP received a call early Sunday regarding an individual who had broken into a home.
As a result of the investigation, 27-year-old Austin Fenemore from Prince Edward County was arrested and charged with:
- Break and Enter
- Mischief – two counts
- Theft Under $5000
- Assault Peace Officer – two counts
- Enter Dwelling with intent
- Assault peace officer with intent to resist
- Utter threat to burn property
- Fail to Comply with Order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
