A Bancroft man is facing numerous charges following a crash Tuesday morning on Highway 62.
Emergency crews responded around 9 p.m. near Buckhill Road in Hastings Highlands Township.
Four people were injured and 29-year-old Jonathan Rallison was charged.
Charges include dangerous operation, refusal to comply with demand, disobeying a stop sign, driving with cannabis readily available, and driving with an open contained of liquor.
He appears in court October 17.
