Belleville Police have arrested a Belleville man wanted on outstanding warrants.
Early Friday morning, officers were at an east end residence responding to an unrelated matter, when they observed a man known to them.
He was wanted on charges of uttering threats, mischief, failing to comply with a probation and release order.
After negotiation, he exited the residence and turned himself over to officers.
He was held for a bail hearing.
No name will be released of the 27-year-old, to protect the identity of the victim.
