Belleville police say they had to deal with a suspect four different times.
Police were first called to Everett Street around 10 a.m. on Thursday regarding a disturbance.
When police arrived, they located the suspect and the suspect was cautioned regarding his actions and was sent on his way.
An hour later, around 11 a.m., police were called to the area of Pinnacle Street and Bridge Street East regarding the same male suspect causing a disturbance at the intersection.
Once again, police cautioned the suspect and he was sent on his way.
Around 2:30 p.m, police allege the same male suspect was spotted throwing a number of items at a home on Everett Street.
Police arrested the suspect on mischief.
Forty-year-old David Olmstead of Belleville was released on his own recognizance and given a court date.
On Friday, around 1:30 a.m., police alleged that Olmstead was again seen causing a disturbance on Everett Street.
He was arrested again for breaching his release conditions and was held in custody for a show cause hearing.
He was scheduled to appear in court later Friday morning facing charges of indecent act and failing to comply with a probation order.
