The City of Belleville’s Planning Committee has recommended to city council that a property on the former site of the Ben Bleecker building be exempt from a condominium review.
Construction is underway for four stacked townhouse buildings on the property of 240 Yeomans Street, bringing a total of 62 residential units to the area.
The resolution will be brought to Belleville City Council at a future meeting.
