Quinte West firefighters doused a grass fire late Tuesday afternoon.
Fire Chief John Whalen says Station 6 volunteers in North Murray ward responded to the fire on Tabernacle Road around 5 o’clock.
Crews remained on the scene for about an hour.
There were no injuries.
