Construction activity in Prince Edward County in the first half of this year is slower than it was in the first six months of 2022.
To the end of June the county has issued 401 building permits for a construction value of a little over $103 million.
In the same period last year 494 permits were issued for a value of almost $123 million.
Meanwhile last month 81 building permits were issued in Prince Edward County for a value of almost $14 million.
That compares to 83 permits and a value of over $15 million in June of last year.
