Belleville police have arrested two men after investigating an assault that occurred last week.
A victim was allegedly assaulted last Thursday at a downtown park and suffered minor injuries.
Tuesday, city police arrested 49-year-old Robert Reilly of Belleville and charged him with assault and breach of an undertaking. He has a court date later this month.
An unidentified 52-year-old Belleville man was also charged with assault and breach of probation and was held for a bail hearing.
