The total burn ban in the City of Quinte West that came into effect on June 5 has been lifted as of 12 p.m., June 13.
“We thank all residents for their patience and understanding during the burn ban,” says Deputy Fire Chief Rick Caddick. “While the ban has been lifted, we urge everyone to exercise caution when burning and to never leave a fire unattended.”
