The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad (R.O.P.E) Squad is asking for the public’s help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant for her breach of statutory release.
Sixty-year-old Brenda Biggar is described as an Indigenous female, 5’2″, 176 pounds and has blonde hair and green eyes.
She has several tattoos. On her right upper arm is a Tazmanian Devil, a Chicken Hawk on her right shoulder and “Chris” on her right ankle.
Biggar is serving a two-year sentence for possession of a schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, operation while prohibited and fail to comply with order.
The offender is known to frequent the Belleville and Kingston area.
