A tractor trailer driving east on Hwy 401 near Big Apple Drive caused a shutdown when it was engulfed in flames on Saturday afternoon.
OPP, fire and ambulance responded to the scene where the burning truck had pulled over to the side of the road.
No injuries were reported, and the highway has since reopened.
