The gravel parking lot south of the pirate ship playground at West Riverside Park will be closed starting the week of May 8 (weather dependent) to prepare the lot for future paving.
Patrons are asked to stay outside the construction zone for the safety of themselves and the workers.
The parking lot will reopen once this work is completed.
Once reopened, those using the parking lot will need to pay attention to its new configuration and use extreme caution as the previous entry and exit routes will be changed.
