Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police have made multiple arrests and seized drugs and guns after executing a search warrant on Thomas Street in Deseronto on Monday.
During the search police found 26 grams of suspected cocaine, two guns, a high capacity magazine, ammunition, digital scales and cash, which were all seized.
Zachary Dorrington, Kristina Green, and Brock Alkenbrack of Deseronto were all arrested and charged with:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm – two counts
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm- two counts
- Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose – two counts
- Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition – two counts
- Possession property obtained by crime under $5000
Dorrington was also charged with failure to comply with probation order and possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to probation order.
All three of the accused have been released from custody and are set to appear at the Ontario court of Justice in Napanee on Thursday.
