Longtime Stirling Figure Skating competitor Chloe Choinard has earned a gold medal at the Canadian Tire Skate Canada Championships in Oshawa.
The 20-year-old Frankford native has moved from Junior Pairs competition to synchronized skating with the highly regarded NEXXICE Senior team which finished in first place at the Nationals.

Choinard had won gold with former partner Mathieu Ostiguy in the Junior Pairs Competion in 2019.
Choinard and her teammates now leave for the Mozart Cup in Austria which begins on Thursday. That will be followed by a trip to Milan Italy.
