The 104th navigation season of the Trent-Severn Waterway has begun.
The interconnected rivers, lakes, locks and canals form the 386-kilometre-long waterway between Trenton and Port Severn managed by Parks Canada.
The Trent-Severn’s 42 locks opened at 9 a.m. Friday morning and will remain open daily until Thanksgiving (October 14).
