Details are few but a person was taken to Kingston General Hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning on Belleville’s North Front Street.
The collision occurred around 5 o’clock in the morning.
Belleville police, firefighters, and Hastings-Quinte paramedics responded to the scene near Starbucks coffee shop.
A section of North Front Street was closed for about eight hours for an investigation.
