One person was charged with careless driving & fail to remain after a vehicle struck a hydro pole early Monday in the west end of Belleville.
Emergency crews and personnel from Elexicon Energy and Enbridge Gas responded after the vehicle slammed into a hydro pole in front of Albert College on Dundas Street West around 3:30 a.m.
There were no injuries but wires were down on the road and on the vehicle.
Dundas Street was closed between Baybridge Road and Sidney Street until 10:30 a.m.
