The City of Belleville advises residents that work on Herchimer Avenue at the CP Rail Tracks will be completed during the weekend of August 20 and 21 for the purpose of advancing the water and sanitary casing beneath the tracks. Work will only be permitted during the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
