A Havelock man is facing several charges after police executed a search warrant in Marmora.
OPP searched the home Thursday in connection with a break and enter in Peterborough on July 8 where several firearms were stolen along with ammunition.
Kyle Sole, 26, of Havelock was arrested on charges of:
• Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 – two counts
• Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm – two counts
• Possession of a Schedule I substance-methamphetamine
• Trafficking in firearm, weapon, device or ammunition
• Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition – two counts
• Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammo
Items seized during the investigation include a rifle, handgun, ammunition, cell phone, crystal methamphetamine and jewellery.
Sole was held for a bail hearing on Friday in Peterborough.
