Charges have been laid against a Napanee man, in relation to more than two dozen theft investigations from vehicles.
Between last October and this April, 26 separate complaints were received by Belleville Police.
In many of the incidents, the suspect broke windows and removed valuables from vehicles in commercial parking lots.

Ten counts of mischief under $5000

Nine counts of possession of property obtained by crime

Seven counts of theft of a credit card
