The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is enacting an “orderly shutdown of all casinos across Ontario” in light of the most recent round of COVID-19-related public health measures.
Earlier this week Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced a litany of new restrictions including the shuttering of gyms and indoor dining, capacities on essential businesses and private gatherings and more.
In a press release Tuesday the OLG confirmed that, in compliance with the new rules, all casinos will shut down for the time being as well.
As such, Shorelines Casino Belleville will also be shutting own effective at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday until at least January 26.
