Residents are being urged to get their vaccine shots as the COVID-19 rates remain high throughout Ontario.
Also this week, the provincial regulation for “proof of vaccination” went into effect in many settings.
Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is announcing a number of new clinics to make it easier still for people to get those immunization shots.
The latest report from the health unit indicates a number of vaccine clinics, including some walk-ins.
See that report below:
COVID-19 rates remain high throughout the province and proof of full immunization against COVID-19 is now required in many settings.
Don’t delay – get fully vaccinated to prevent serious illness related to COVID-19. You are not fully vaccinated until 14 days after your second dose, so take advantage of a clinic near you this week! No appointment necessary, just bring your health card. Individuals who do not have a valid health card can still receive COVID-19 vaccination.
