Belleville Police are looking for information on a couple of thefts in the city.
The first was reported around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, when a complainant said his 2006 black Buick Allure four-door was stolen from an address on Bridge Street East sometime after 4:00 a.m.
Police say the car’s licence plate is “Larry 89” and anyone who sees it should contact them.
Then, just before 12:30 p.m., investigators spoke to a person who said someone went into their car on John Street overnight on July 18 and took a pair of glasses, sunglasses and some cash.
Anyone who might have information on that as well can contact Belleville Police.
