A man faces charges, including committing an indecent act in a public place after being arrested in downtown Belleville.
Officers spotted a man known to be wanted by the courts around 9 o’clock Thursday morning.
He was seen in a location he was under orders not to be.
Thirty-year-old Belleville man Dillon Kerr was arrested and appears in court September 23.
