Recoveries edged out new cases of COVID-19 in Hastings Prince Edward again today.
HPE Public Health is reporting 10 new cases and 11 recoveries, with 54 active.
Four of the new cases were found in Centre Hastings, three were found in Belleville, with two in North Hastings and one in Quinte West.
Five of the new cases were transmitted through close contact, three are outbreak-related, one is linked to local spread and the other transmission cause is pending.
The hospitalization numbers are steady, with 14 people in hospital due to the virus, six in the ICU and five on ventilators.
In Northumberland County, the HKPR Health Unit is reporting four new cases and six recoveries, for an active total of 29.
