OPP are investigating after a car was found submerged in water inside the Brighton Wildlife Conservation Area today.
A tweet from police says “Quinte West officers went for a swim and confirmed there were no occupants” inside the vehicle.
Northumberland OPP are continuing to investigate.
No other details have been released.
