On April 24, 2021 shortly before 1:30 p.m., officers from the Bancroft OPP responded to the report of a collision involving a car and motorcycle on Highway 28 in Faraday Township.
Investigation revealed that a southbound motorcycle struck a southbound car.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 51-year-old from Peterborough, was transported to hospital by ambulance with life-threatening injuries.
Investigation into the collision is ongoing, involving officers from the Bancroft Detachment, as well as a Technical Collision Investigator and Collision Reconstructionist.
