Traffic was snarled for a while on a busy road in Belleville late yesterday afternoon.
A transport driver ended up blocking all of Airport Parkway between College Street East and Elmwood Drive after ending up stuck on the side of the road after trying to make a U-turn.
The truck was eventually towed back on to the road.
The driver, who was from Pennsylvania, was charged with making a U-turn within 150 metres of a crest of a grade.
