Two people have been charged in connection with a death in Trent Hills.
On the evening of Saturday March 27, Northumberland OPP responded to a Trent Hills home, where a Campbellford man was found unresponsive.
John Wesley was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead.
Police believed the death to be suspicious.
This week, the Tactics and Rescue Unit, Emergency Response Team, and the Crime Unit arrested two people.
Forty-one-year-old Chad Everett and 41-year-old Nancy Gullage, both of Trent Hills, have been charged with second degree murder.
Everett is also charged with failing to comply with probation, and release orders.
