Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will get a first look at a proposal to build a five-storey condominium building along the south side of Dundas Street West.
The building would contain 35 residential units and be located on vacant property in the area of Avondale Road.
Tuesday’s meeting is a public meeting and people are invited to offer their input on the plan.
A recommendation on the proposal will come from staff at a future date. Tuesday’s planning committee meeting will be virtual and can be seen on the Belleville City Hall YouTube site beginning at 5:30.
