Belleville Police are investigating a mischief incident that resulted in damage to a property Friday afternoon.
At 2 p.m., police were called to the area of Church Street and St. Paul Street where investigation revealed a man had kicked in the front door of a business.
Police spoke with a witness and later caught up to the suspect.
Thirty-year-old Justin Christopher Etches of Belleville was arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000.
He was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in court on April 22.
