A sacred item reported stolen from St. Michael Catholic Church in Belleville has been located.
Belleville police say they conducted another search of the church early last evening and located the missing Monstrance.
It was located hidden in a spot where officers had searched the day before.
A Monstrance is a vessel used in the Roman Catholic faith for the sacrement of the Eucharist.
