Public Intoxication
On September 22, 2020 at 2:53 a.m., police attended the area of Union Street for the report of a male causing a disturbance. Police located the intoxicated male on foot leaving the area. The 19-year-old male was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and transported to the Belleville Police Service. When sober, the 19-year-old male will be release on a Provincial Offences Notice for being intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act.
