Multiple Quinte West OPP officers had to break up a brawl involving several people early Saturday morning.
The melee occurred before 2 o’clock on County Road 5 near Wooler.
Details aren’t known but at least one person was taken to hospital for treatment of a broken ankle.
Meanwhile, shortly before 11 o’clock Friday night, the Tweed Fire department was called out to a car fire south of Thomasburg.
No one was injured.
