Provincial Police continue to crack down on illegal marijuana grow operations making another significant seizure on Drive Inn Road in Greater Napanee on Tuesday.
Lennox and Addington OPP, the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and Emergency Response Team searched two locations and found nearly 6,000 cannabis plants, 600 pounds of dried cannabis and close to $3,500 cash, along with a van and some equipment.
Three people from the Toronto area are charged with cultivating or harvesting more than four cannabis plants and possession of proceeds obtained by crime.
They’ll all appear in Napanee Court on November 3.
